The Information Technology (I/T) Department consists of two primary groups. The Information Systems Group and the Management Information Systems group.
Our mission is to facilitate effective integration of Information Technology to ensure its sustained availability and stability through continued development of software and web based applications; design and maintenance of database systems; development of more efficient business processes; maintenance and support of Agency's computers, networks, and telecommunications systems ensuring all systems and backup processes operate within Agency guidelines; provide cost effective and efficient computer and/or telecommunication solutions, installations, and support that meets the needs of Agency staff providing assistance with the fulfillment of Catholic Charities’ Mission.
