Affordable Housing for People with Disabilities

We offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments designated for persons with verifiable disabilities and requiring features of an accessible apartment.

One or more person in the household must be at least 18 years or older and have a disability which is expected to be of long-continued and indefinite duration, substantially impedes the person’s ability to live independently, and is of a nature that such ability could be improved by more suitable housing conditions.

Households must meet income requirements as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

All rents are subsidized. Eligible households pay no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and utilities, excluding telephone. Certain deductions are made for elderly status for all household members. After initial occupancy, income will be recertified on an annual basis.
