It is the responsibility of the Department of Communications to ensure consistent, uniform and effective communication of the mission and goals of Catholic Charities and to work with the Development Department in fostering and educating donors. The department coordinates marketing, crisis communications, public relations, media relations, web page content, agency publications and parish communications. The Communications Department also directs agency and program marketing and advertising efforts, handles design of all publications and marketing materials, establishes and maintains graphics standards for the agency, and provides design support for events and development endeavors. The Department of Communications also creates and publishes Keenager News.
