The Information Systems Group (ISG) maintains the agency's computers, computer networks, and telecommunications systems, provides hardware and operating system support to users, ensures all systems are operating within agency guidelines and performs nightly backups of key applications and systems. ISG is also responsible for addressing the needs of the agency by providing cost effective and efficient computer and/or telecommunication solutions, installations, and support. ISG works in conjunction with the Management Information Systems (MIS) Department to provide overall agency IT support.

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Department is responsible for the creation, maintenance, evaluation and support of agency software applications. MIS consist of three areas; Database Management which has the primary purpose of ensuring the integrity and security of the Agency's data; Software Engineering which creates and upgrades software based on the Agency's needs; Intranet & MIS Support which supports the Agency through streamlining processes utilizing automated forms and application macros as well as supporting the development and maintenance of the Agency's Intranet. The Management Information Systems Department works in conjunction with the Information Systems Group (ISG) to provide overall agency IT support.
