Wine Tasting: 2p.m. - 6p.m.
Guests can enjoy the opportunity to sample among an array of 275 wines from the West Coast, Europe, and around the world-many of which will be poured by the vintners themselves.
Tasting Tickets are $100 per person.
Tasting Ticket with Dinner at Quartino $140.
Designated Driver Ticket for $75 per person.

BOB BANSBERG
Sommelier at Gabriel's & Wine Instructor at Kendall College

Mr. Bansberg is an award-winning sommelier, currently at Gabriel's and formerly at Chicago's four star restaurant Ambria for its full 25-year run. He served on the executive wine committee for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. In addition to developing wine lists for numerous restaurants, he is also noted for his current contributions with Fahrenheit and Vie.
In 2009, Bansberg won the "Best Sommelier " in the Jean Banchet Award for Culinary Excellence in Chicago. In 2000, Food & Wine magazine selected Bansberg as "The Best Sommelier in Chicago." In 1999, he was nominated for the highly coveted James Beard Award. He is a master judge for the Beverage Testing Institute and has been a judge for the National Restaurant Association's Wine Classic.
PATRICK W. FEGAN
Founder of the Chicago Wine School

Mr. Fegan has taught wine appreciation classes since 1975 and has visited the vineyards of five continents. This love of wine lead Fegan to found the Chicago Wine School in 1984. The Chicago Wine School is an independent educational organization providing information about wines and spirits.
Fegan writes a regular wine column for the Chicago Tribune. He has also written Vineyards and Wineries of America: A Traveler's Guide and published The Vineyard Handbook: Appellations, Maps and Statistics.
He is the only Chicagoan to have passed the world's most rigorous wine-tasting exam, administered by the Institute of Masters of Wine (London).
