Prepares defendants for the evaluation process. Complies essential data and directly enters this information into the CSI/ADAS computer database. Directly responsible for quality control of data entered. Provides clerical/receptionist duties.

Leads, directs, and manages the residential services and programs of Bishop Conway Supportive Living. Ensures that the philosophy, policies, goals, and objectives of Bishop Conway and catholic charities are maintained at all times. Promotes compassion and quality care to each and every resident. Establishes an atmosphere of friendliness, warmth, and personal attention through caring, compassionate staff. Prepares budgets and monitors fiscal performance. Seeks new sources of funding. Ensures compliance with all local, state, federal requirements.
Provides the social, recreational, and educational activities for the residents of the Bishop Conway Supportive Living Facility. Assists residents in obtaining access to a variety of programs including financial, health, and medical services.
Manages the office functions of the bishop Conway Supportive Living Residence. Maintains resident’s files. Submits reimbursement requests and maintains all fiscal data. Prepares regular and ad hoc reports. Helps the director ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements. Assumes operational responsibility in the absence of the Director.
Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives for Catholic Charities Childhood Development Program as assigned. This should include but not limited to, promotion of the program, recruitment and enrollment within the private-pay sector as well as the current client base in order to augment the revenue that will permit continuation and expansion of services to the disadvantaged.
Provides intensive case management and basic counseling services to clients in the New Hope Apartments Program to promote clients change to self-sufficiency. Assists clients in defining and overcoming obstacles to self-sufficiency and works with clients to formulate and implement realistic comprehensive action plans. Additionally, provides referrals, advocacy and outreach to optimize clients’ success in the program.
Provides direct service to elderly clients needing assessment and Case Management to remain safely and comfortably in the community. Completes home visits in the community, hospital, or in HUD 202 buildings. Conducts assessments; provides information; develops realistic Care Plans; authorizes governmental services; refers and links clients; and monitors client services. Follows the standards and guidelines of the Illinois Department on Aging, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Council on Accreditation. Utilizes computer systems; type’s service logs and case notes; and enters data electronically. Prepares billing information in an accurate and timely manner.
