Youth Mentorship Program CoordinatorRecruit, train, and monitor 15 to 30 volunteer mentors to work one-on-one with low income youth ages 10-14 in Lake County, IL. Provide case management and guidance to both youth and adult participants to address barriers to participation and ensure that all program goals are successfully met. Help mentors identify appropriate activities for weekly outings. Plan and coordinate special events for all participants on a quarterly basis. Assist with evaluation process and other administrative tasks as needed.

Family Caregiver SpecialistProvide direct service to family caregivers of elderly clients. Completes home visits in the community. Co-facilitates family caregiver support groups. Teaches cleasses to family caregivers. Gives presentations to community groups on family caregiver issues. Represents agency at community outreach events. Identifies family caregivers and connects them with services. Coordinates services for family caregivers from care providers. Experience with older adults and their family caregivers preferred. Caseload of complex clients with multiple needs. Created effective Care Plans, authorizes governmental services, refers and links family caregiver clients to community resources, and monitors client services with supervisory guidance. Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Excel/Word. Accurate and timely recording and tracking fo activities performed in multiple computer systems for funding bodies. Ability to meet deadlines. Occasionally up to four hours weekly required outside business hours. Follows the standards and guidelines of the Illinois Department of Aging, the Area Agency of Aging, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Council on Accreditation. Serves Barrington, Hanover, Palatine, and Wheeling Townships.

Assistant Property ManagerResponsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the facility. Crisp! Mobile Produce Customer Service RepresentativeResponsible for all Crisp! Mobile Produce sales activities on assigned routes. Drive Mobile Produce Truck to scheduled location stops in designated food desert areas. Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing Plan and Sales Action Plan which will meet both personal and social enterprise goals of expanding customer base in targeted areas. Perform product inventory and operate Point of Sale System.
