Immigrant Survivors Project SpecialistRenders direct immigration legal counseling to domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking immigrant victims and their dependent children concerning immigration matters, with emphasis on VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) and U Visa related matters. Prepares necessary immigration forms required by the US immigration laws and regulations for clients eligible to get a VAWA or U Visa benefit, observing the attorney-client relationship granted to Immigration/VAWA Specialist under out Accreditation by the U.S. Immigration Board of Appeals. Accompanies and represents clients before the USCIS officers. Ensures successful outcomes for program in compliance with Agency, PQI and funding expectations.

All services are home based. Intact Family Program: Provides task-centered casework to families referred by the Department of Children and Family Services due to alligations of child abuse and/or neglect. Extended Family Support Program(EFSP): Assist families to maintain children's living arrangements with family members to prevent children having to go into substitute care, namely foster care.
