Home Delivered Meals CoordinatorWorks with Case Managers, Chicago Department of Family & Social Services and home delivered meals clients to ensure the timely delivery of meals, and/or the temporary or permanent stops of meals deliveries. Updates spreadsheet with new and terminated clients, notifies food vendor (Open Kitchens) of skips and resumes and cancellations. Uses email to transmit data to CD FSS and Open Kitchens. Takes calls from clients and traces/investigates missed deliveries and other complaints. Some database research and data entry in connection with meals clients. Other duties assigned.
