Meals on Wheels Dinner Dance

An annual fundraiser to benefit Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago's Meals on Wheels Program throughout Lake County. The 12th annual Meals on Wheels Dinner Dance will be held Saturday, March 6th at Maravela's, Fox Lake. Tickets are $35 each or Table of ten $350.

Legal Lifelines

The Legal Lifelines for Those in Need Cocktail Party is the sole fundraiser for Catholic Charities Legal Assistance program (CCLA). This center began as a volunteer initiative in 2005 to assist the Catholic Charities' clients who may find themselves confronted with legal issues that threaten core elements of their existence, yet they cannot afford an attorney. Today the Center is staffed with attorneys and volunteers who face increased demands for their services. Over 1,500 clients were given advice in 2007 or matched with pro bono attorneys and linked to other resources. To continue to serve these individuals CCLA needs your support.

The Blossoms of Hope Brunch is an annual event hosted at Drury Lane in Oakbrook to support the Loving Outreach to Survivors of Suicide(LOSS) Program. The LOSS program provides support services for individuals and families who have lost a loved one to suicide. This event features a wonderful brunch, silent & live auction, as well as the presentation of the Charles E. Rubey award. Tickets are $60 for adults and $15 for children.
After Supper: Visions of my Life

The 8th Annual Photography Exhibition and Art Sale is hosted at Catholic Charities St. Vincent Center benefiting Catholic Charities Tuesday Night Supper Program. The location was chosen because it is the same location where every Tuesday, Catholic Charities hosts a supper for 130 hungry and homeless men, women and children. "After Supper" is an exhibit of the photographs by our supper guests involved in the Tuesday Night Supper Project.
