2012 Charities Golf Classic will be held at:
Shoreacres, Lake Bluff
Knollwood Club, Lake Forest
The format for the tournament will again be a Texas Scramble - each player hits a drive, the best drive is selected, and each player plays his/her own ball to finish the hole.
(Attire: jackets preferred)We hope you can join us! Please complete the registration form and return with your payment at your earliest convenience, keeping in mind that course preference will be honored as long as space permits. As play will be handicapped, it is important that we receive each player's handicap in advance of July 23.
We encourage spouses and other guests to join us for dinner at Knollwood for $100 per additional person. Please return all participation materials no later than July 6, 2012.
