The Department of Quality Assurance and Data Analysis provides managers throughout the agency with the information that they need to evaluate programs to continuously improve the services that consumers receive. Responsible for the agency's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processed through surveys, quarterly reports and statistical analyses of outcomes. Helps agency staff identify the needs of particular communities and client populations by analyzing demographic information. Supports managerial planning and decision-making through the mapping and analysis of community characteristics and agency service locations. Assists agency programs with all phases of the COA accreditation process. Responsible for compliance, monitoring and updating policies and procedures related to HIPAA standards. Maintains HIPAA phone line and e-mail site for monitoring.
