Basic Functions: Clinician will engage the client in a formal assessment of the presenting issues using the CHA standardized Clinical Assessment Form.  When necessary, residents and families will participate in up to three sessions to address communication issues and problem resolution skills and techniques.  If more intense services needed or a greater number of sessions, family will be referred to appropriate community resources.

Preferred Requirements: MSW/MA.  Five years of experience. LCSW, LSW

Minimum Requirements: MSW/MS.  Three years of experience.  LCPC, LPC

Other Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license, access to an automobile, and maintain insurance levels according to agency policy.  Must be able to walk up two flights of stairs.  Must be able to lift 25 lbs.  Requires written/oral fluency in Spanish.
