Basic Functions: Will complete specimen collection activities in accordance with stipulated ADES policy and procedures to ensure qualitative and timely service delivery.  May assist in cross training personnel for collection activities. Will assist in general office duties as assigned.  Will remain customer service oriented to client’s needs at all times and must remain flexible to cover the needs of the office.  Will assist with receptionist duties when assigned.

Preferred Requirements: BA or BS degree in Human Service related field.  Three years of experience in Human Services or health related field.     

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED.  One year of experience in Human Service or health related field. 

Other Requirements: Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Agency specified automobile insurance.
