Preferred Requirements: Bachelors of Science/Arts in Social Work. 3 years of experience.

Minimum Requirements: Relevant Bachelor’s degree. 1 year of relevant experience.

Other Requirements: Valid State of Illinois Driver’s license and current automobile insurance. Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs.
