Catholic Charities Resource Hub connects individuals and families to a wide array of services provided by Catholic Charities and other community resources across Chicago, Suburban Cook County, and Lake County.
Call Specialists and Case Managers are available Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Services are available in over 150 languages.
