First and foremost, as Christians, we start from a place of humility before God. It is not us who serve, but God who works through us. As a faith-based, human services organization, we depend on the Holy Spirit to inspire and sustain us. We rely on the intercessory support of the Communion of Saints. As a community of faith, prayer is our foundation.
Prayer and trust in God’s guidance of our work are fundamental to all that we do. We welcome the opportunity to accept your prayer intentions via email. Once received, they will be brought to the St. Louise De Marillac Chapel at the main offices at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Our Associate Administrators, Rev. Wayne Watts, and Rev. Charles Rubey, will include your prayer requests in Catholic Charities Masses and liturgical services.
