Colbert and Bridge Subsidy Programs

We provide eligible individuals referred by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health with assistance paying rent and access to supportive services.

Our team helps eligible participants transition from institutions to permanent housing. We promote recovery and hope, encourage self-sufficiency, and support community re-entry.
