Family Support

Child Welfare

Youth and families engaged in the child welfare system can find support that promotes stability, including case management and counseling.

Our Independent Living Program for Youth places youth between the ages of 18 to 20 who are engaged in the child welfare system into their own apartments. Our team supports them as they practice and develop key life skills so they can successfully transition to independence.

Through Intact Family Services we provide in-home counseling and case management to families referred through child welfare. Our team works with families to prevent substitute care placement; ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children; and facilitate a safe and stable family environment.

We also work closely with affiliate programs that provide specialized services and short- and long-term housing for children and families facing crisis. To learn more, visit our Child Welfare Residential Programs page.
